To keep track / record of project related financial transactions with suppliers/ creditors those who providing materials at site on credit basis and including management of Bank finance, opening Letter of Credits to import materials for the project and applying to Bank to issue Performance Guarantee to Principal regarding project related works.
Prepare monthly advance adjustment schedule according to the requisition and report to management.
Prepare ageing schedule for receivables and payable and prepare report for the Top Management at the month end.
Ensuring that the local laws related to Tax and VAT are complied.
Prepare inventory reports of purchased items kept in different locations.
Maintain updated schedule of all fixed assets.
Verify cash & bank book, and reconciliation of bank statement at the month end.
Confirm accounting entries of other officials in Tally software on daily basis.
He will be expected to forecast monthly budget for the all divisions and prepare budget variance report at the month end.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required and asked by the Management.

Full-time

CA applications level qualified (or partly qualified) with MBA / Master in Accounting or Finance will be given preference.

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field/area.
Candidates must be hard working, good in written & spoken English.
To possess knowledge about Bank documentations procedure to open Letter of Credit, checking documents after receipt of document against LC, documentation procedure to obtain Loan against Trust Receipt (LTR), documentations procedure to obtain short term and long term loan from the bank, procedure to obtain different kind of Bank Guarantees.
Should have in depth computer literacy and knowledge to operate and work on computer data base system in Tally Software and Advance ERP.
Knowledge on forecasting monthly budget and projected financial statements.
