Job Description / Responsibility

• To plan, coordinate, organize and control of marketing, supply chain & productions.
• To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target & best quality.
• To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
• Responsible for the technical management, supervision & control of industrial production processes also ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably & efficiently.
• Monitor, control and utilization of machine, material and worker efficiency for optimum productivity.
• To implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing quality, productivity and efficiency and to lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero Non Conformity.
• To manage employees/worker for ensuring smooth productivity.
• Should responsible to supervise production output on time delivery with best quality.
• Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
• Manage ware house for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods.
• Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

  Engineering, Maintenance, Operation, R & D, Supervision

• Age At least 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Production, Compliance, Inspection, Administration, Planning
• Srilankan candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must be very fluent in speaking & writing English.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Operations head must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
• IE and Managerial skills are required in order to supervise all department and ensure production will run smoothly efficiently and timely maintaining all requirement of Quality Standards and Compliance.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Textile Industries in same position
